2. Services Offered

Hollister Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services including, but not limited to, attic insulation, wall insulation, crawl space insulation, spray foam insulation, and insulation removal. All services are provided in the state of California by licensed and insured contractors. The availability of specific services may vary based on project requirements and location.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Hollister Insulation are based on an on-site assessment of the project and are free of charge. Please be aware of the following:

• Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit. If additional issues are discovered during the project, we will notify you before proceeding with any work that would increase the project cost.
• No work will begin without your written or verbal authorization.
• Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract or work order signed by both parties before project commencement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the project unless a separate payment schedule has been agreed to in writing. We accept check, cash, and electronic payment methods as specified on your invoice. Overdue balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by California law. In the event of non-payment, Hollister Insulation reserves the right to file a mechanics lien on the property in accordance with California lien law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling (831) 271-0020. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a trip fee to cover travel and labor costs incurred.

6. Workmanship Warranty

Hollister Insulation stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on all completed insulation installations, covering defects in the installation that result from our workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by water intrusion, structural movement, or conditions outside of our control
• Normal settling or compression of insulation materials over time
• Damage caused by rodents, pests, or other third-party activity
• Work performed by others after our installation is complete

Manufacturer warranties on insulation products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the terms of each manufacturer. We will provide you with applicable product documentation upon request.

7. Property Access and Conditions

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work areas of your property on the scheduled project date. You are responsible for clearing personal belongings and obstructions from work areas prior to our arrival unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Hollister Insulation is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible or unsafe work conditions discovered upon arrival.
